Silver Taiga Foundation is a
non-profit organization implementing the projects aimed at development of
sustainable forest management. This activity is funded by grants of
international foundations and agencies, as well as donations from large
enterprises.
The Foundation is not
engaged in commercial activity. However, being aware of the importance of
consultations for dissemination of voluntary forest certification, professional
development of the forest sphere employees, and development of sustainable forest
management in the region in general, we render relevant fee-based services to
the participants of forest relations. The funds received from the paid services
are also spent on the activity related to implementation of the main objectives
of the Foundation.
This section of the website
contains information about the types of services rendered by the Silver Taiga
Foundation and some examples of our work.

can provide assistance to the companies in fulfilling the requirements of the
Russian national FSC standard. Silver Taiga Foundation is a legally registered
consultant in the field of voluntary forest certification according to the Forest
Stewardship Council (FSC) system and it’s ready to render consultation services
to enterprises in preparation for certification.
